After writing short stories and poems throughout her childhood and adolescence, Jasmine Henderson began her career as an independent author in 2015 with the release of urban crime series, My Brother’s Keeper. The positive feedback and reviews from her debut further encouraged her to showcase her versatility as a writer by sharing the compelling story of Belle Davenport with the release of Jezebel, a romance centered at the height of the Harlem Renaissance which she wrote between the ages of sixteen and nineteen. Jezebel would later become the first novel published under her company, Bijou Publications, which she established in 2019. Currently, Jasmine is penning her fifth release, romance novel, The Yearning of Distant Hearts.
